Nutrition Services

Meals are available Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at
3 nutrition sites in Lewis County. They are as follows:

Weston Nutrition Site 171 W 2nd St Weston
Jane Lew Nutrition Site Main St Jane Lew

Home-delivered or frozen meals are available to persons who are
homebound. Call us to see if you qualify.

Inhome Personal Care Services

If you or a familiy member need "personal care" such as assistance with
walking, dressing, bathing, toileting, please call us to see what services
we have to offer

Your One-Stop Resource Center

Programs of interest to seniors and health screenings are routinely
conducted at our faciliity.

We publish a monthly newsletter which features highlights of past and all

Alzheimers Respite
This new service recently became available thru an
Alzheimers Demonstration Grant. Its intent is to relieve caregivers of
Alzheimers patients for a number of hours each week.
