Specialist, Services for Aging with Lewis County Civil Service

Lewis County is currently seeking a Full time Specialist, Services for Aging. This position involves responsibility for the implementation and operations of services components and or performs a wide variety of tasks in the operation of a municipal Office for the Aging. Starting salary is $19.01 hr with excellent benefits and NYS Retirement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four year college or university with a bachelor's degree or higher; or an associate degree and two years of experience in community aging, adult education, recreation, community development, community health services, counseling, social work or related field; or Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma and four years of experience in the areas listed prior; or an equivalent combination of training and experience as indicated above.
