Close Contact

If you are a Lewis County resident and have come in close contact with a positive case of COVID-19, please use the chart below to determine if you need to quarantine. Lewis County Public Health will no longer be notifying close contacts of their exposure OR issuing quarantine orders. Quarantine orders are now self serve (see link below)You should also:

  • Quarantine for at least 5 days
  • Wear a well-fitting mask around other people for 10 days from exposure
  • If possible, get tested at least 5 days after exposure
  • *K-12: You may be able to continue in-classroom activities, but must quarantine outside of school. Contact your school for more information.
